Southfork Challenge!
This is for those of us with the competitive spirit. Both beginner and advanced, male or female, young or old.
Here is how it works. There are 4 levels, level one is for people who make it all the way to the top without
stopping. Level two participants have to do the same, only in the front middle chain ring. Level Three moves it
up to the big chain ring! Last but not least, level four is for going up, down, then back up!
This is to help encourage all of us to improve. A little friendly competition really does inspire you to do better.
Here's what you do: its all on your honor. Email us what you have done, and we will post it, even if you don't
make it the whole way, let us know, we will mark it down, that will give you something to beat next time.
Get out there and ride Southfork! email your times to ReddingMtBiking@charter.net
